Will anyone be able to tell I’m wearing a wig?

Not a chance. Because we oversee our own production, every unit is crafted using ultra-fine Swiss HD micro-lace and 100% cuticle-intact human hair. We hand-ventilate individual hair strands at the hairline with micro-knots to replicate natural follicle growth, ensuring seamless movement and complete parting freedom.

Will it stay completely secure without glue?

Yes. Engineered with our signature 5x5 glueless cap framework, each unit features internal stay-flat security combs, a breathable non-slip base, and a custom adjustable elastic band. You can put it on in under 30 seconds for a completely flush, flat melt without messy adhesives or tapes.

What if the color or fit isn't quite right when it arrives?

You are completely covered by our Perfect Fit Exchange. Inspect your wig upon arrival, and if the fit or shade needs adjusting, notify us within 48 hours. As long as the lace remains uncut and the hair is unaltered, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

Is this unit suitable for sensitive scalps, medical hair loss, or alopecia?

Yes. Our caps are built with ultra-soft, friction-free interior linings designed specifically to protect sensitive skin. If you are located in WA, you can also book a private, one-on-one fitting session at our West Perth studio to try on units in a discreet setting.
