Returns & Exchanges Policy •
At Elite Hair Australia, we are always here to help you achieve your perfect look. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on all sets that have not been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with. To ensure complete satisfaction before committing, your luxury hair extensions come equipped with a dedicated tester weft located in the bottom compartment of the box. You may safely remove this tester strand to determine if the shade matches your natural color profile perfectly.

| 1. What is the exchange window? | We accept qualified exchanges on entirely unopened, pristine hair extensions within exactly 14 days from the official tracking date your order was marked delivered to your shipping address. |

How do I initiate a color exchange? | Simply email our concierge team at sales@elitehairextensionsalons.com.au with your original Order Number and the precise name of the alternative luxury shade you would like to receive. We will issue your dynamic Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with localized return routing instructions. |
| 3. Am I liable for return shipping fees? | Yes, the buyer retains full financial responsibility for all return shipping fees and subsequent exchange dispatch costs. Because Elite Hair Australia cannot be held accountable for packages lost in transit by postal services, we strongly mandate using a trackable, signature-required shipping method to protect your return. For international returns, you must clearly mark the exterior wrapper with "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to avoid sovereign custom rejections. |
| 4. Can I return my order without an RMA? | No. You must formally contact us to obtain an active RMA before forwarding any parcels. Our specialized intake fulfillment facilities frequently operate from different destination addresses than our original dispatch centers. Packages received without an authorized RMA cannot be processed, verified, or guaranteed. |

If the main vault seal is broken, it cannot be resold or re-entered into inventory. |

Please double-check your shade matching using the separate tester strand provided before unsealing the primary security packaging compartment. Once the main binding seals are breached, all return eligibility is permanently voided under Western Australian consumer protection and public health safety protocols.
