1. Processing & Handling Windows
- Standard Handling: All luxury items require 1 to 2 business days to process, verify, and quality-check prior to dispatch—regardless of the postage speed chosen at checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped on the same day.
- Fulfillment Schedule: Dispatches occur strictly Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed by third-party couriers.

If your tracking number formally confirms that a package was successfully delivered to your submitted destination, Elite Hair Australia offers zero refunds, zero account credits, and zero replacements for items claimed to have been missing, lost, or stolen post-delivery.
Our Legal Stance on Delivery Fraud: All delivery event timestamps serve as definitive legal proof of contract completion. Any attempt to declare a package "Not Received" despite formal carrier verification will be handled as a fraudulent claim, and all tracking, route logging, and telemetry metrics will be aggressively submitted to legal representation and payment processors to dispute chargebacks.
Safe Delivery Recommendation: For an additional $2.50 AUD at checkout, we strongly urge purchasing our Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation tier. If a signature requirement is absent, final parcel placement is at the sole discretion of the delivery courier.
