  • ✔ No Restocking Fees: We do not charge hidden fees. You receive your full product value minis our original shipping cost.
  • ✔ Hygiene Requirement: For health and safety, returns are only accepted if the security seal is unbroken and the packaging is in original condition.
  • ✔ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service to ensure your refund is processed quickly.
