By booking an appointment at Circles of Hair you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and consenting to any cancellation charges. It is the clients responsibility to view these terms prior to their booking to ensure a seamless experience.

By securing a slot at Elite Hair, you accept our Terms and Conditions, adhere to our Cancellation Policy, and agree to any applicable cancellation fees. It’s important for clients to review these terms in advance to guarantee a hassle-free experience.
Salon Policies and Pricing:
- Our pricing structure is tiered, reflecting our stylists’ varying levels of expertise.
- For an accurate service quote, please book a consultation or inquire during your service appointment. Quotes are not available over the phone, email, or social media. Bookings can be made online or by contacting us at 1300 809 570.
- Note that our website lists estimated prices; additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair.
- Phone bookings require a deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed based on the selected service.
- Service durations listed on our site refer only to the actual service, excluding processing time. These are estimates and may differ per client. For more precise timing, please reach out to our salon directly.
- A confirmation message will be sent two days before your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service’s value or the deposit amount.
- Please note, guests not receiving services are not permitted to accompany clients during their appointments.
Cancellation Policy:

To amend or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you contact the salon at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
- Please be advised that any cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee, amounting to 50% of the booked service value or the deposit amount. This fee must be settled prior to arranging any subsequent services at our salons.
- We also wish to inform you that while the consultation fee on colour is non-refundable, it is fully redeemable at the time of your appointment.
Test Strands:

For clients new to our colour services, we offer a complimentary strand test to evaluate your hair’s suitability for colouring and ensure the highest quality results. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this precautionary measure to prevent any unexpected reactions and to confirm eligibility for our colour services. Should you opt out of the strand test and subsequently encounter a reaction, please be aware that we will be unable to carry out the planned colouring services.
- In the event that a reaction precludes the provision of colour services and a deposit has been made, rest assured that the amount will be converted into a salon credit for future appointments or may be applied towards other services and products available on the day of your visit.
- To arrange your strand test, please contact the salon where your appointment is scheduled, and our welcoming Front of House team will be delighted to assist you
- Consultations:
- Consultations are an integral part of the Elite Hair experience and require a $50 non-refundable fee. Colour consultation fee is redeemable during your appointment, whether for services rendered or product purchases.
- Please note that consultations with our expert artists are scheduled by appointment only. We value your time and our artists’ schedules; therefore, we cannot guarantee immediate availability for walk-in consultations. Our dedicated staff will make every effort to accommodate your request at the earliest opportunity.
