Welcome to Elite Hair Australia. To ensure we deliver an exceptional luxury experience and dedicate the necessary time required to achieve your dream hair, our salon operates strictly under the following policies. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. 100% Online Bookings & Deposits
- Digital Platform Requirement: To provide a seamless experience, all appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking ecosystem. This guarantees that your stylist is allocated correctly and your custom session is securely locked in.
- Securing Your Session: A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is instantly processed via our secure online portal to reserve your dedicated appointment block.
2. Strict 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Window
- Time-Intensive Services: Because our high-end hair extensions, transformations, and advanced styling services are highly detailed, they require intensive blocks of time (typically 2 to 3+ hours). Late cancellations create empty columns that are impossible to fill at short notice.
- Notice Window: You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment online with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
- Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): If you cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit is entirely voided and forfeited to directly cover your stylist’s reserved time. This rule applies equally to bookings made 7 days or more in advance.
3. Late Arrival Limitations
- Grace Period: We respect your time and run a precise schedule to ensure every client enjoys an unhurried, premium experience. We offer a maximum grace period of 10 minutes.
- Automatic Cancellation: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot truncate our luxury applications or delay the next client's experience.
4. No-Show Terms
- Immediate Forfeiture: Failing to show up to your scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entire online booking deposit.
- Future Restrictions: To protect our team's schedule, clients with a history of an unexcused no-show will be barred from scheduling future sessions unless the service is paid 100% in full upfront.
Why We Enforce These Policies:
We recognize that urgent personal matters and unexpected changes occur. However, our master stylists manage dedicated, high-demand schedules. A late cancellation or missed session directly impacts our staff and prevents clients on our exclusive waiting list from securing an appointment.
