Salon Cancelation Policy
I appreciate your understanding of our salon policy. We value your time and we want to provide you with the best service possible. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate you and other clients. You can call us at (1300 809570) or email us at (sales@elitehairextensionsalons.com.au) to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellation – 48 hours notice please
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. but we do ask that you provide us 48 hours in order for us to fill that space. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot, if we can’t, we may charge you the full cost of the appointment. We will gladly re-schedule you without any fees if you provide 48 hours notice, unfortunately if you cancel within this timeframe there will be a fee of $75 to cover the cost of our stylist
Late Arrival? We may not be able to do your hair
We’re so happy that you’ve chosen us for your hair needs. We want to make sure that you have a great experience and get the most out of your appointment. That’s why we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to accommodate you, but we may not be able to do your hair if you’re more than a few minutes late. We respect your time and we hope you respect ours too. We have other clients waiting after you and we don’t want to keep them waiting.
How long is a few minutes? It depends on the type of appointment you have. For a 30 minute appointment (e.g. Blow Drys / Wet Cuts) , a couple of minutes is ok, but 10 minutes is too much and we may not be able to finish your session. For longer appointments, we have a little more flexibility, but not much.

Deposit Policy
In order to secure you appointment, we require a $50 deposit to be paid at the time of booking, via a bank transfer.
No Show Policy
If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee and you may not make any future appointments without payment in FULL at the time of booking.
No show policy is of course you miss the appointment, you pay for the Whole appointment! Yes that means everything! We will deduct the whole amount from your card & send you the bill
Any established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment with no 24 hour notice a second
time will be charged a $50.00 fee.
If a third No Show or cancellation/reschedule with no 48 hour notice should occur the client may be dismissed
from Elite Hair salon.
Any new client who fails to show for their initial visit will not be rescheduled.
We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other Clients to keep to their appointment times.
Our Stylists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out. We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible though the following may apply.
We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.
We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness.
